POCSTARS-MNO is a Push-to-Talk (PTToC) over Cellular platform independently developed by POCSTARS, with full intellectual property rights. As a globally leading SaaS-based broadband trunking cloud platform, it meets carrier-grade technical specifications and operational requirements. Built on 3G/4G/5G mobile networks and powered by cloud computing and mobile internet technologies, the platform delivers core features such as PTT call, video streaming, regional and dynamic group calling, real-time location tracking, and historical route playback.

The platform is compatible with a wide range of devices from various manufacturers, forming a complete product ecosystem. With over 10 cloud nodes across the world and deep collaboration with domestic and international carriers, POCSTARS has built a low-latency, highly reliable broadband trunking network. It currently powers China Mobile’s PTt service for millions of users and serves over 6 million terminals at international markets.

Flexible Deployment

With a distributed architecture based on message bus technology, the system supports elastic scaling to dynamically allocate resources based on actual demand. Built-in service access management allows clients to control value-added services, and licensing enables precise resource distribution. All adjustments are seamless to end-users. The platform supports custom branding—including app UI, dispatcher interfaces, client name, logo, and themes—ensuring alignment with enterprise identity.
