Event Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1.      Plan, coordinate, and execute international B2B events, including trade shows, exhibitions, and partner summits.

2.      Oversee all event logistics, including booth design and production, vendor management, shipping, registration, and on-site operations.

3.      Collaborate closely with global sales teams to ensure event strategies are aligned with business objectives across key markets.

4.      Manage event timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met efficiently and effectively.

5.      Maintain a comprehensive global event calendar and facilitate cross-departmental coordination to optimize event outcomes.

6.      Conduct thorough post-event evaluations, prepare detailed reports, and ensure seamless handover of event leads.

7.      Uphold consistent and professional brand representation across all event touchpoints.

8.      Support additional marketing initiatives in accordance with departmental priorities and organizational needs.

 

Qualifications

1.      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, International Business, or a related field.

2.      A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B event marketing, preferably within the technology, telecommunications, or industrial sectors.

3.      Demonstrated experience in managing international event logistics, including vendor relations, shipping, and on-site execution.

4.      Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

5.      Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is highly desirable.

6.      Ability to thrive in a cross-cultural, fast-paced environment and work effectively across time zones.

7.      Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
