Regional Sales Director
Main Responsibilities (Countries: Germany, Chile, Nigeria, Brazil, Kazakhstan)
1. Formulate and execute product sales strategies and business development plans in accordance with the company's growth objectives and the specific dynamics of regional markets to achieve established sales targets.
2. Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and motivating team members to consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
3. Manage and nurture relationships with international clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, strengthening client loyalty, and implementing effective customer relationship management practices.
4. Oversee the monitoring of sales performance, develop comprehensive annual, quarterly, and monthly sales forecasts, and provide regular sales reports that include in-depth analysis and performance metrics.
5. Conduct thorough market analysis in assigned countries, staying abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities, and develop corresponding marketing strategies to capitalize on identified prospects.
6. Ensure compliance with local regulations, laws, and company policies in all international business operations, and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations with local governments and institutions.
Qualifications
1. Candidates should be less than 40, with a minimum of a college degree in fields such as International Trade, Marketing, Business Management, or related disciplines.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the communications industry.
3. Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking, with the ability to utilize English as the primary working language is preferred.
4. Demonstrates strong professional ethics, integrity, and exceptional communication skills.
