Technician

Job Responsibilities:

1.      Lead the end-to-end design and planning of the company's hardware products, managing the entire product lifecycle from definition to market launch, with full accountability for user experience.

2.      Oversee key development milestones, coordinating and driving internal teams and suppliers to complete product definition, development, production ramp-up, go-to-market readiness, and quality control.

3.      Manage upstream and downstream supply chain resources to effectively support business operations.

4.      Organize product certifications and track hardware-related product requirements.

5.      Conduct market research and competitive analysis within relevant industries to ensure product competitiveness and technological leadership.

Qualifications:

1.      Bachelor's degree or above from a recognized university; minimum of 3 years of experience in smart hardware product development.

2.      Strong communication skills, clear logical thinking, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project success.

3.      Familiarity with the hardware product development process, with foundational knowledge in electronics, software, mechanical design, and tooling.

4.      Proven experience in project management; highly responsible, proactive, resilient under pressure, and capable of effectively managing the supply chain.

5.      Experience in positioning products for industries such as chemicals, energy, or smart manufacturing is a strong advantage.

6.      Familiarity with sensors and sensor control boards, with relevant design and development experience preferred.
