Operation Specialist
Responsibilities
1. Full Lifecycle Product Operations
a) Lead the end-to-end operations of the company's command and dispatch solutions, including both software and hardware products, as well as the operational platform.
b) Define phased operational goals and strategies to drive product iteration, optimization, and market penetration.
c) Deeply understand industry-specific customer needs, develop detailed user personas, and design targeted product promotion strategies and user acquisition paths.
d) Establish a comprehensive product operation metrics system to monitor product performance and commercialization potential. Provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Market & User Engagement
a) Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute industry-specific solution campaigns that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
b) Maintain strong relationships with key customers, identify pain points and value demands, and promote product enhancements through real-world success cases.
c) Develop a user training system, including product guides, hands-on manuals, and scenario-based application training, to improve product adoption and user efficiency.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Innovation
Coordinate with product, technical, and sales teams to rapidly translate market needs into competitive product features and ensure the overall competitiveness of solutions.
Qualifications
Prior experience in a similar role within the software/hardware or SaaS industry is preferred.
High emotional intelligence with strong leadership, management, and cross-functional coordination skills is highly valued.
Strong data sensitivity and proficiency in productivity tools; English proficiency is a plus.
