POCSTARS concluded its participation in the Global Sources Hong Kong Shows, held from October 11 to 14, 2026, at AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong. Throughout the four-day event, the POCSTARS team welcomed visitors at Hall 9, Booth 9D34 for product demonstrations and discussions about communication and field coordination requirements.
Connecting Communication with Coordinated Action
At the booth, POCSTARS presented how communication, devices, location and operational information can work together to support more coordinated field activities. The demonstrations covered Push-to-Talk over Cellular communications, an open device ecosystem, location capabilities and workflows for on-site coordination.
Visitors were able to view software demonstrations and a selection of professional communication devices. These exchanges provided an opportunity to discuss operational scenarios, deployment considerations and the different technical components that may be required for a complete solution.
From Platforms to Field Devices
The booth combined platform demonstrations with field devices to show a connected workflow rather than a single product. Discussions considered how teams can communicate, view relevant information and coordinate work across different operational environments.
Requirements vary by organization, network, device, software version and deployment environment. Product capabilities, device compatibility and project scope should therefore be confirmed through technical evaluation and project validation.
