From October 7 to 9, 2026, POCSTARS participated in ARGUS IoT Convention 2026 as an official sponsor. The event brought together ARGUS distributors, strategic partners and industry participants in Mexico for three days of learning, technical exchange and live demonstrations.
From Product Training to Practical Discussion
Across the convention, sessions covered PoC communication devices as well as administration, mobile access and dispatch capabilities. The program connected product and platform training with practical questions from partners, helping participants examine how different components can work together in a complete communications workflow.
POCSTARS supported technical exchanges around solution configuration, field requirements and project implementation. Rather than focusing only on individual features, the discussions considered how partners can translate communications technology into solutions that can be presented, deployed and supported in their local markets.
Technical Exchange with the Partner Network
Face-to-face discussions gave participants an opportunity to raise questions based on real business and operational needs. These conversations helped clarify that device selection, platform configuration, network conditions, licenses and integration requirements must be evaluated for each project.
Capabilities and compatibility vary by product version, terminal, network and deployment environment. Any proposed solution should therefore be confirmed through technical evaluation and project testing before commercial deployment.
Demonstrating a Connected Workflow
Live sessions presented how devices, administration, mobile access and dispatch functions can support communication and coordination. The demonstrations provided a practical setting for partners to review workflows and discuss the technical and service capabilities required to support customers after deployment.
For POCSTARS, participation in the convention was not only about event sponsorship. It was also an opportunity to listen to partners, exchange implementation experience and continue building the technical support needed for long-term channel development in Mexico and Latin America.
